About the fragrance
Green apple, mint and the resin of a fir branch: Hugo by Hugo Boss is a green aromatic for men that smells like a cold drink at the end of a hike.
Lavender, green apple, mint, basil and grapefruit give a crisp, fruity-herbal opening. Carnation, sage, geranium and jasmine make the heart slightly spicy and floral without softening it much. The base of patchouli, fir and cedar is resinous and outdoorsy.
Wear it through spring and summer, casually and every day; it is built to be easy. If you prefer warm, sweet evening scents, it will feel too bright. Green apple can come across as crisp or synthetic depending on the nose, which is exactly what a few days with a decant will reveal before you buy a bottle.
