Shipping and Returns
When we ship
- Orders placed by 3 pm Eastern on a weekday usually ship the same day.
- Orders placed later, on a weekend or a US holiday ship on the next business day.
- Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
- We can’t ship to military addresses (APO, FPO). Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico takes a few days longer.

The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties and taxes outside the US, if any, are paid by the recipient.
We ship to all countries except Afghanistan, Belarus, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Faroe Islands, France, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Pakistan, Paraguay, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe. Addresses in the United Arab Emirates need a PO Box.
Returns and refunds
Every decant is genuine perfume poured from the original bottle. Because perfume is a personal product, we can’t accept returns of opened or used decants.
If something arrives broken, leaked or not what you ordered, take a photo and email it to decantstore.com@gmail.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund you — your choice.
