About the fragrance
A café mocha drunk standing in a pine forest: Angel Amen Ultimate is a woody fresh gourmand for men that pairs coffee-chocolate comfort with the crisp breath of fir.
Green bergamot and cedar give it a brisk, slightly sharp lift, more energizing than sweet. The mocaccino note slides in underneath, creamy and roasted, and balsam fir adds a resinous, old-school cologne feel that keeps the coffee from turning syrupy. It is a short formula, so expect the same few ideas to cycle rather than a long evolution.
It suits autumn days and casual nights out, and anyone curious about the Mugler gourmand style who finds Angel too dark and tarry. Balsam fir divides people, smelling like a winter cabin to some and a cleaning aisle to others, which is reason enough to try a decant first.
