Herod Cologne by Parfums de Marly, The classic, sophisticated packaging of herod by parfums de marly suggest that it might be a choice for first-class men with discriminating tastes. Its blend of accords includes tobacco, vanilla, sweet, and balsamic, with inclusions of cinnamon and spice to make things interesting for the upscale gent. Its aromatic profile is crafted from top notes of cinnamon and pepper wood, after which its decidedly masculine heart of osmanthus, tobacco leaf, labdanum and incense reveals itself. Playing a solid supporting role in this fragrance are the base notes of vanilla, cedar, vetiver, patchouli, cypriol oil and musky elements. The brand’s backstory is equally as intriguing as the scent profiles of each of its colognes and perfumes. Parfums de marly takes its inspiration from the regal splendor of 18th-century france, recalling the extravagant perfumes that were crafted for luminaries such as king louis xv. Thus, the label takes its name from château de marly, the famous royal residence first constructed during the reign of “the sun king,” louis xiv. Founded in 2009 by french-born entrepreneur julien sprecher, the perfume house benefits from wisdom inherited from sprecher’s father as well as julien’s own expertise and creative passion. Herod continues the brand’s trend of opulence and superior quality.

Our Shipping policy:

  • We aim to ship the vast majority of orders on the same day providing the order is received by 3pm EST on a weekday (mon-fri). That does exclude holidays.
  • If you place your order with us after 3pm EST (mon-fri), we will ship on the next business day.
  • The same goes for orders placed at the weekend, it’s likely to ship on a Monday or, in the case of a holiday, the next working day.
  • Any of our, “express” methods of shipping usually take 1 business day to arrive.
  • Our other methods take between 2 and 5 business days.
  • Holiday periods and our special may produce a slight delay in shipping times. We’ll obviously try really hard to get the goods out to you quickly though.
  • We ship from a high quality, top of the line facility meaning our packages leave our hands in perfect condition.
  • It hurts to say it because we’d love to ship everywhere but, we’ve got to say: we literally can’t ship to military installations (I.E APO & FPO addresses).
  • Live in Alaska? Puerto Rico or Hawaii? Don’t ask us why, it’s out of our hands but, it’ll take a little longer to ship to you guys.
