About the fragrance
Lemon zest, ginger and a cool wooden locker: Christian Dior Homme Sport is a fresh, citrus-woody scent aimed at a younger, active wearer.
Amalfi lemon, grapefruit and bergamot open brisk and bright, with elemi adding a peppery, resinous sparkle. Ginger brings a zingy heat to the middle, along with cedar and vetiver for a clean, woody backbone. Unusually, the herbal notes come late: rosemary and lavender sit in the base beside sandalwood, giving the drydown an aromatic, soft finish.
It suits warm weather, daytime and men who like crisp, energetic scents for the office or the gym. If you prefer heavier or sweeter fragrances, it may feel too light. Sporty citrus scents are easy to like in the first minute and harder to judge after an hour, so a decant lets you see the full arc before you buy.
