About the fragrance
Ginger and cardamom crackling over cold juniper: Tiffany & Love For Him is an aromatic, spicy woody cologne with an outdoor feel.
Mandarin orange brightens the opening, but the spices do most of the talking, warm cardamom and zingy ginger. The heart turns sharp and herbal with cypress and juniper, closer to a walk through evergreens than anything citrusy. Vetiver, sandalwood and sequoia settle it into a dry, smooth wood base.
It moves easily from the office to after-work drinks and is comfortable in spring and fall. Men who want a sweet or ambery signature should look elsewhere. Juniper-heavy scents can lean gin-like on some skin, so a decant is the fair test; it also pairs naturally with Tiffany & Love For Her, which shares the vetiver and sequoia.
