About the fragrance
Cold citrus over clean wood is the whole idea behind Jimmy Choo Man Ice, a woody aromatic for men that trades warmth for clarity.
Mandarin, bergamot and cedrat open bright and slightly sharp, like peel zested over ice. Apple softens the move into a dry heart of vetiver, cedarwood and patchouli, which gives the citrus something to stand on. The base settles into musk, moss and ambroxan, a smooth, skin-close finish with a faint mineral glow.
This is a summer and daytime scent: commutes, warm weekends, the gym bag. Anyone looking for depth or sweetness for evenings will find it too spare. Citrus-led openings fade at different speeds on different skin, so a decant worn through a genuinely hot day tells you whether the woods underneath last long enough for you.
