About the fragrance
A glass of warm milk with a spoonful of honey stirred in, cooling next to a caramel candle: Bianco Latte is the Italian house Giardini di Toscana’s milky gourmand, soft rather than sugary.
Caramel opens it, followed by honey and coumarin, the hay-and-almond facet that gives tonka its warmth. Vanilla and white musk carry the base, so the drydown is clean, creamy and close to the skin.
It is unisex and best in cool weather, on quiet days and evenings at home. Its simplicity is the point: there is no fruit, spice or wood to break up the sweetness, which some people love and others find flat.
It is sold out for now. When it is back, a 5 ml decant lets you compare it side by side with Lattafa Eclaire, which shares its caramel, honey and vanilla and is often compared with it.
